DescriptionAs the Senior Communications Manager of the Apparel Transition Management team you’ll create, execute, and measure innovative and compelling communication strategies and plans in support of Global Apparel’s internal communication priorities and change initiatives. 
In this role, you will:
Create and execute targeted, measurable communications strategies and tactics driving change initiative adoption and Global Apparel communication goals
Deliver high-impact, relevant, and measurable communication deliverables, using a variety of channels
Create communication materials including print, online and multi-media for a variety of internal audiences, including executives, project stakeholders and downstream audiences
Define and track communication metrics
Develop expert comprehension of stakeholder audience, culture and business roles and processes
Collaborate with peers in cross-functional roles to ensure messaging meets the needs of multiple stakeholder groups
Build credible relationships with team members and business stakeholders
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related discipline, or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years corporate communications experience required
Must be an expert in Powerpoint and MS Office tools
Experience with WordPress; and knowledge of HTML/CSS required
Experience with tools like Campaign Monitor and SurveyMonkey strongly preferred
Must be proactive within team, self-directed/autonomous, willingly offer solutions and share ideas and able to accept constructive feedback
Outstanding writing, creative storytelling, verbal and visual communication skills 
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
Ability to work in a face-paced environment on tight timelines
Ability to organize and independently lead communications projects on-time and on-budget
Ability to use standard design tools/programs to create print and web-based collateral, including presentations, websites and videos
Excellent team player 
Understanding of change management, a plus 
Experience working within a matrix organization a plus
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
