DescriptionAs North America’s Supply Chain Capability Director you will be enabling strategic and innovative capabilities to meet Nike’s growth targets and motivating continuous improvement within our 3pl Network. You will be responsible for the delivery and overall success of all 3pl projects. You will create a spirit of innovation and experiment with new ideas to evolve Nike’s supply chain. You will partner closely with functional leaders in Market Place Operations, Inventory, DSM, Finance and Logistics to develop and implement a holistic supply chain strategy that meets company performance goals and customer expectations. •  Lead, inspire, develop, and set direction for enabling 3PL Capabilities •  Activate digital fulfillment within the 3pl network that is flexible, scalable and repeatable while maximizing capacity & encouraging value recovery •  Improve visibility and functional handoffs to optimize inventory decisions and enhance •  Partner with business units to analyze business data and cross-functional inputs to make decisions to enhance the disposition of high value product within the Nike network •  Optimize reverse logistic capabilities motivating operational efficiencies •  Strengthen process and productivity improvements into existing operations •  Support development, deployment and on-boarding activities of new and existing 3PL sites •  Support business unit transitions

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field
•Minimum 8 years of process and operational experience, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management, Customer Service and Process Improvement
•Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of leadership to impact decision making and implement project deliverables
•Experience in serving the Wholesale and Nike Direct marketplace
•Capability building, large program and project management experience
•Possess excellent interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills
•Demonstrated ability to work in a productive environment that requires quick thinking and effective multitasking.
•  Experience with the lean process or an equivalent is a plus
