As a Portfolio Manager for NIKE’s Global Sustainability function, you will be part of a high performing team, responsible for developing, managing, tracking, and reporting against a extensive portfolio of company initiatives critical to delivering NIKE’s environmental sustainability mandate and commitment. This will require expertise knowledge in the domains of strategic planning, portfolio/program/project management, and transition management processes. Scope and Responsibilities
Partner with Global Sustainability leadership team and strategic planning to develop the portfolio
Facilitate portfolio level intake and prioritization and ensure work is prioritized and defined to meet strategic goals
Facilitate an effective, cross-functional governance process to enable strategic alignment, investment decisions, and visibility to portfolio status and health
Participate in and coordinate resources to conduct due diligence on projects
Nurture projects and programs forward through measurable process, planning, and team engagement
Coordinate and maintain integrated portfolio level roadmap to inform and strengthen alignment and collaboration
Develop and maintain a deep network of contacts across functions
Evaluate and support new opportunities
Schedule tasks and prepares projects reports and updates
Converting complex concepts into easy-to-interpret summaries that resonate across a varied audiences

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field
Comprehensive research and analytical skills; ability to gather information quickly and to synthesize it into actionable information
5-years of directly relevant work experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience creating and delivering presentations to senior leadership and external leaders
Demonstrated experience delivering large complex projects and programs
Excellent project management, process, and organizational skills, including managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities to achieve strategic objectives
Capability to build and maintain cross-functional and cross-regional networks with internal and external resources and navigate complex organizational structures
Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively
Preferred qualifications include:
Management consulting experience
Sustainability Expertise
Knowledge of corporate sustainability reporting standards and best practices
Project management certification
