DescriptionWorkforce Planning is a critical function at Nike – As a Workforce Planning Consultant You will be an integral part of the process that ensures we have the right employees, at the right time, in the right place, for a cost we can afford now and in the future. You will partner with Finance and HR leaders to develop and track team plans across the company. You will guide multiple functions across the matrix – ensuring all team plans are optimizing our capability mix and are within the guardrails of the long term financial model.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for optimization of the current workforce plan and implement initiatives to achieve results
Perform timely and insightful workforce analysis to ensure integrity against the strategic plan, budget, and forecast.
Oversee a seamless and efficient headcount planning process, recommending and executing process improvements as necessary.
Incorporate analytics governance as a central principle – metric tracking, etc.
Craft a visual narrative to guide users through a series of metrics and/or charts to answer business questions quickly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to develop deep understanding of business drivers and autonomously, creatively apply analytics capabilities against the highest priorities. Comfortable transitioning between business and technology details for reporting and analytics.
Excellent networking skills and ability to work across multiple organizations to accomplish diverse goals
Demonstrated ability to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based, global environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and create robust models
Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in a productive, ambiguous environment

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business (concentration in HR or Finance) or Computer Science, MBA Preferred
Experience working for a Fortune 500/ multinational consumer products company is a plus
