As our Manager, Commercial Content Delivery, you will partner with Global Sales to build the next generation of content delivery experiences for our retailers. Primary responsibilities will include:Lead a product team including staffing, coaching, mentoring, and career development. Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinate work activities with other managers. Hold team accountable for milestone deliverables. Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Provide technical leadership in the evaluation, design, and implementation of new Commercial Content capabilities supporting Sales, ensuring that technology choices and tradeoffs anticipate future needs while efficiently satisfying short-term requirements.
Partner with business leadership to deliver technology solutions, establish project priorities, and drive trade-off discussions. Ensure tactical initiatives are aligned with the strategic vision and business needs.
Responsible for developing and managing budget in support of Commercial Content applications, including monitoring the monthly and quarterly actuals against that plan.
QualificationsTo make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information, Systems, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in IT, business, or a related field,
6+ years of professional experience assembling, leading, and managing high-performing technical teams in an agile development environment.
5+ years professional experience leading efforts to development cross capability technology, particularly web based development.
Experience managing product teams composed of product owners, product associates, engineering, QA, UX, and scrum masters is required.
Capability to develop professionals with high expectations, a collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality, and planning
Proven track record of success delivering complex enterprise IT projects or programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate & collaborate with varying levels of leadership.
