DescriptionAs our Asia Pacific Latin America Merchandising Process Excellence Manager, your will be a trusted process authority within our Geography Merchandising Business Operations Team. You will craft and implement innovative processes solutions considering the team's feedback, to support Merchandising excellence across our Geo and Territory teams. You will partner with Merchandising and cross-functional leaders to define our seasonal timelines, plan and execute key gates, and lead process improvement projects. This includes research, planning, implementation, and evaluation of process changes introduced to the team, with the goal of making things easier. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
Additional 2 years related experience may substitute for degree.
Intermediate level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Working knowledge of Nike’s Merchandising processes and systems a plus.
