As a Product Configuration Manager at Nike, you will lead the creation, improvement and growth of world-class digital experiences. You will help define and implement the product vision and plan, guide the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, and help identify market opportunities. You will help define and implement a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a excellent understanding of user needs, insights, and business goals. This position will focus on the day to day implementation, configuration and improvement of our customer experience management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Discover and realize ongoing success criteria with the following:
Guide and optimize configuration of Sprinklr to evolving requirements and process updates.
Design and implement high quality configurations and platform setup based on product epics and stories defined by product team.
Identify platform optimization opportunities and gaps; designing and configuring the appropriate solution, so that expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled.
Conducts analysis to determine how features are performing and how they can be improved.
Proposes feature changes to the product that align with and advance the roadmap. Writes up full specifications for the proposed changes.
Maintain accurate, high-quality and timely documentation of implementation steps and activities for internal and external partners.
Provide oversight on any software configuration and deployment to be consistent with current architecture and future needs or business requirements
Create and maintain Epic and Feature documentation
Create and maintain user stories and tasks
Support product team to ensure optimal user service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration
Ensure that all product deliverables are met on time, while multitasking on different assignments and coordinating with global teams.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation creating and delivery.
2-4 years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously.
Passion for solving user challenges and commitment to user delight.
Experience working with technical teams, including developers,
Excellent technical background with good knowledge of digital and social media platforms
Ability to work in a self-guided manner and as a member of a team
Bachelors degree
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1-2 years of experience in enterprise software deployment administration and/or implementation.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Keynote, Jira, Confluence.
Experience with Sprinklr, SFDC, Marketo, Adobe and other digital marketing platforms
Knowledge of scripting and coding skills with HTML and CSS.
