We're committed to making every consumer's experience a rewarding one, and as a member of our team, your contributions will be a big part of our success.As Project Manager, you support the localization team ensuring externalized work takes place within the required time and quality, and that all work is invoiced correctly. Additionally, you will support the team by gathering business requirements and ensuring they are codified in the contracts with our vendors. Responsibilities:Lead the full cycle of a localization project, which includes assessing the quality of source files, crafting projects in Lingotek TMS, handling vendor queries, tracking deadlines, checking and delivering localized files.
Ensure open communication among partners, vendors, linguistic quality teams and fellow team members throughout the course of a project.
Handle production finances, which includes requesting and reviewing quotes from vendors, obtaining approvals and keeping track of project costs.
Work with localization vendors to provide reference materials to give linguists more context and background information about each project.
Engage in various production, reporting and other administrative tasks in support of ongoing localization programs and initiatives as necessary.
Create, update and maintain all vendor contracts for the Localization team
Oversee financial processing and tranking of monthly invoicing.
Support internal budget tracking.
Manage, track and document vendor risk assesments.
Structure quarterly vendor QBRs as a strategic conversation on vendor performance and business opportunities.
Manage external vendor access accounts to Nike systems.
Serve as project manager for business initiatives where localization vendors are involved and need to deliver against specifics goals outside daily localization production.
Track and document vendor performance as part of monthly business metrics newsletters and reports.
Effectively communicate project updates cross-functionally.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
4+ years of Localization project managerment
Vendor management experience will be highly valued
Experience creating contracts (from RFP to signature), working closely with internal and vendor Legal teams
Localization industry expertise and knowledge of the localization vendor landscape.
Experience on the localization vendor side is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and extratcting data to generate actionable reports.
