This digital marketing manager will work as an integral part of small team to create and scale a new growth business. The Digital Marketing Manager will identify, plan, and implement growth and marketing tactics for a new venture. Responsibilities Lead paid-acquisition and organic growth strategy for a new brand across all digital channels
Plan and implement all marketing and acquisition, including paid social, paid search, SEO, product listing ads, influencer marketing, email, and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain the social media presence for a new brand.
Produce marketing content where required, including creative and copy, in collaboration with the creative director social media manager.
Maintain content calendar and manage planning, approvals, and tracking for all marketing efforts
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Plan, implement and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with start-up team to generate user insights, improve the product, shape brand strategy, and optimize user experience
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Utilize excellent analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging tools and channels. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
QualificationsBS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Proven working experience in digital marketing, especially in growing new brands with lean budgets
High level of organizational and communication skills and a passion for brand building
Demonstrable experience leading and managing social, paid search, SEO, PLA, video, email, and display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels and running A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and methodology
Working knowledge of ad serving tools and platforms
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and paid social campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager and other platforms (Pinterest, Youtube, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.)
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager preferable
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
