Job Description
As a Senior Analyst within Enterprise Data Management (EDM) you will be a key member of a highly visible team focused on collaborating with business and technical stewards to facilitate the maturity of data governance to enable business functions to meet their strategic goals. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Primary point of contact for Enterprise Data capabilities 
Understand and translate the central strategies and company data frameworks to business 
Cultivate the ongoing maturation of Enterprise Data Frameworks (e.g. Basic, Managed, Mature) 
Partner with Enterprise Information Leaders, Business, and Technology Stewards to identify key risks and control gaps in business processes 
First line of defense on data issues and be “hands-on” in resolution; business process change or facilitating technology changes in partnership with Data Management & Operations and technology teams 
Partner with Enterprise Information Leaders and Information Architects to define domains through information models guiding towards aligned data definitions and developing a common language 
Work cross-functionally to ensure collaboration on company wide programs that include company data impacts 
Engages with business and information architecture to support data stewards and owners on managing their information landscapes
Understand high level information flow for all company master data 
Investigative analysis on functional pain points (process and system gaps)
Use data to quantify pain points and tell the story to Enterprise Data key team members 
Facilitation of functional and cross functional issues driving to resolution and common language

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
7+ years’ experience in data analysis across systems and processes; should include comprehensive experience as a business/process lead or as a lead in a functional role 
Passion for data and governance with demonstrated ability to use data to tell a story and impact decision making 
Excellent collaborative skills to work across multiple stakeholder groups to translate business strategies, initiatives, and goals into data management proposals 
Strategic thinker to participate in planning, design, and policy development related to data management 
Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing asks 
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) 
Excellent presentation, facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization 
Demonstrated experience developing meaningful working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams 
Detail oriented with thorough information seeking skills 
Great listening skills and openness to different points of view 
Self-motivated and collaborative with ability to resolve conflict 
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills 
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
