Global Apparel Product Creation, Product Development

DescriptionAs the Senior Capability Technologist, you will be an instrumental part of Global Apparel Product Creation as we drive a new long-term strategic vision for building factory capabilities. You’ll utilize skills in strategic analysis, systems modeling, process mapping, and program management to drive integration and performance communication strategy for product Standards and Capability development teams. You will collaborate across multiple Product Creation, Manufacturing, and Planning functions to develop new methods to define, capture, and analyze performance data related to strategic capability initiatives. You’ll also develop new methods for collecting and communicating project/program initiatives and timelines related to product standardization and capability validation. Your work will support both internal and external partners in building new capabilities within Nike’s Apparel source base. You will monitor the strategic development process and collect and analyze data for reporting and communication cross-functionally. Utilizing strategic sourcing details and process information, you will augment data and systems reports as needed to support product validation and global factory assessment programs. You will work in partnership with the Digital and Standards Process Manager to identify areas of critical data capture and integration for exchange and reporting across multiple teams. Collaborate with Operations and Analytics teams across Nike Apparel to create data collection and management tools for use in building the Standards and Capabilities Roadmap strategy.
Structure data details and use to verify and report capability validation progress. 
Manage and maintain integrity of data / information obtained through factory capability assessments and standardization processes. 
Complete in-depth analysis and reporting of information and data across Standards & Capabilities teams. 
Utilize data and analytic tools to measure, align, and drive performance focused targets. 
Drive process improvement and manage program calendars and timelines using information systems and documentation tools.
Provide training and instruction on the functional application and use of technology systems and reporting tools. 
The right candidate will have at three years of experience in product creation or apparel manufacturing end-to-end technology operating systems. With proven ability to translate and utilize relevant information into reporting tools to enable decision-making. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Development or related field. 
1+ years of professional experience in transferable profession in lieu of degree
5 years of experience working in the Apparel business operations or related field in lieu of a college degree.
