DescriptionWill be responsible for building and developing business facing business intelligence solutions in Beaverton, OR. Will be responsible for the development work related to the technical implementation of data warehousing solutions and will use the Teradata platform, Manhattan Warehouse Management Solutions, and Cognos software. Will develop an end-to-end framework that will effectively implement analytical outputs. Will partner with cross-functional teams and work with Business Systems Analysts, Engineers, Project Managers, and Solutions Architects to implement high quality business intelligence projects, including building out the global warehouse management reporting template. Will mentor and coach a mixed development team to effectively deliver large technical business intelligence implementations while ensuring data quality. Will establish best practices and advise on training in order to meet project deliverables and timelines. Will facilitate the identification, design, development, and testing of information and analytical solutions to ensure successful deployment. Will design, create, and maintain Cognos business intelligence solutions, including reports, dashboards, and framework models used for warehouse management reporting globally. Will work closely with the development teams to facilitate development, testing, and training in line with project deliverables and timelines. Will collaborate with a global team of Cognos resources to build out the global warehouse management reporting template. Will explore the capabilities of other business intelligence tools, including Tableau, and make recommendations on how such tools can meet any gaps in the current tool set. Will lead the organizing of resources in the product team to achieve supply chain business objectives and impact change. Will lead through influence and partner with supply chain leaders in the business to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and ensure successful business outcomes. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business, or engineering. Experience: 8 years of overall progressive experience in business intelligence. Skills/Requirements: 3 years of experience: (1) software development, (2) supply chain warehouse management, (3) Manhattan supply chain intelligence, (4) reporting solutions, including Cognos, (5) utilizing databases including Teradata, DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server, (6) project management, and (7) coordinating with other teams to obtain requirements and develop business intelligence solutions.
