DescriptionAs the Global Senior Director of Nike Direct Marketplace Operations, you will provide supply chain leadership for Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Nike Direct Stores, and Connected Marketplace/ Omnichannel Operations across Nike’s Geographies. In this role, you lead a consumer-obsessed team that guides mid to long-term global fulfillment plan development through the lens of consumer insights. You play a critical role in ensuring the voice of the consumer is captured, understood, and amplified throughout the Operations organization. You ensure global thinking in the design, development and deployment of Direct to Consumer supply chain capabilities. You partner closely with the Technology and Digital Product teams to align roadmaps and ensure timely implementation. You lead the vision for sustainable and globally aligned resources and processes to measure and improve performance towards exceptional Digital and Retail supply chain - effectively balancing speed, service and cost trade offs. You partner with Nike Direct stakeholders and the Geography teams to set performance goals to achieve that vision. You cultivate global implementation of Nike By You business across all four Geographies in a centralized model, and work closely with Manufacturing for end-to-end excellence. With these responsibilities in mind, an ideal candidate has an excellent background in retail and digital commerce supply chain operations, shows passion for consumer, vision for innovation, and an appetite for bold growth. Key Accountabilities • Set Nike Direct & Omni-channel supply chain fulfillment network strategies and frameworks to deliver double digit business growth reliably, efficiently, fast and flexibly. • Represent consumer and store athlete fulfillment experience and cultivate step change in satisfaction and NPS improvement • Be the voice of operations and logistics, the voice of Nike Direct and the voice of Geographies in relevant forums • Elevate and sustain supply chain end to end performance & service by striving for operational excellence globally • Lead, guides, encourage and inspire the Direct to Consumer Marketplace Operations team, growing our talent into tomorrow’s senior leaders, and catalyzing organization excellence Qualifications• MBA or Masters in a quantitative degree (Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics etc..) preferred • At least 10 years professional experience with a minimum of 8 years in operations / supply chain • E-commerce, retail or retail consulting experience preferred. Experience working outside the US a plus. • Experience developing Omni-channel fulfillment network strategies and capability development • Demonstrated ability to work in a large, matrixed organization, successfully developing relationships and influencing senior stakeholders across a variety of functions. • Outstanding presentation skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including results packaging and development of management presentations • Experience managing large teams through transformational change • Excellent program management capabilities developing multiple, complex project streams; with propensity for thinking through projects in a process-oriented way required NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
