DescriptionAs our Global Lease Administration Senior Manager, you will provide leadership and the technical expertise for the optimal management of Nike’s leased retail store portfolio. This role will partner with the lease administration teams within each Geography to support and strengthen the creation and implementation of best practices and processes. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:Lead the development of lease administration capabilities & frameworks that include identifying & implementing new technological capabilities, managing 3rd party service providers and identifying premier practices and processesLead and guide our internal quality control & data review process
Develop and train global users in the lease administration system
Create, manage and update internal lease management playbook
Support and strengthen the creation, implementation and management of global rent payment processes
Create new tools & frameworks supporting Lease Administration & Portfolio Management
Lead and support the evolution of optimal lease formats
Partner closely with both the legal and controlling team to develop the most comprehensive solutions.
Manage & leverage key vendor relationships in order to develop KPIs based on reporting and tracking the KPIs
Create & support the formation of the optimal lease administration organization
Support and strengthen the creation, implementation and management of a global cost recovery program, including CAM reconciliations and field audits;

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
MBA or equivalent preferred
7 to 10 years Real Estate Operations and/or Finance experience required
5 to 7 years general Real Estate or related experience preferred
Retail experience preferred
Excellent written and communications skills, time management, and organization skills
Experience in developing process and creating solutions
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain flexible, work autonomously, be goal oriented and work within a team.
Experience managing external vendors preferred
Experience working within a global, matrixed organization preferred
High proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint
Experience with Integrated Work Management System (IWMS)/Tririga highly preferred
