DescriptionAs a Human Resources Manager in North America Nike Direct, you’ll play a key role in providing human resource expertise and consulting across NA Nike Digital Commerce (NDC) to help maximize organizational effectiveness and integrate program and practices between WHQ and our cross- functional digital commerce team.
In this role you will work closely with the HR community and key business partners to understand the business strategy and priorities and deliver a full spectrum of HR programs and services to build commitment, capability, and overall engagement among individuals and teams across NDC.
You’ll work across Direct HR to gather employee and marketplace insights, data, and trends, which you will use to drive solutions and actions that will contribute to organizational health, engagement, and the achievement of business objectives.
You will utilize a variety of methods to ensure you have a meaningful presence across HR and within the business that yields an “insiders” pulse on strengths and opportunities and will work to facilitate action plans that produce targeted results.
You’ll operate as a point of escalation through partnership with HR Direct, Operations, and Employee RelationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related area
5 years' relevant HR work experience; 2 years’ additional experience in lieu of a degree
Experience leading HR within retail, digital commerce, digital-focus companies, and/or digital business units is a plus.
Exposure/experience in the areas of organizational effectiveness, change management, employee relations, staffing, compensation, training and development, HR program management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR programs and plans that are aligned with overall business and HR strategy.
Demonstrated capability of working with partners to develop, implement, leverage, monitor and improve HR programs, initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures.
Experience with HR metrics and data to story tell and provide resolution support
Demonstrated ability to calmly, capably, and confidentially engage with management and multiple stakeholders to address opportunities and needs, as appropriate.
Monitor and address compliance issues and opportunities; ensure legal compliance.
