DescriptionEvery successful team at NIKE needs a brilliant game plan – with our plan to elevate operational excellence across the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The Strategy and Operations team works to increase efficiency; amplify predictability and consistency in our strategic and business planning processes; and deliver on opportunities with the biggest impact across the CAO and NIKE. As an integral part of the Global Strategy and Operations team, this SharePoint Developer and Systems Administrator role will care for the CAO’s portfolio of SharePoint sites, create, deploy and support new sites, and help the CAO leverage the capabilities of the Microsoft tool suite including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Flow and Microsoft PowerApps.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with teams to understand business processes, gather user requirements, and make design recommendations based on those requirements
Create and maintaining advanced SharePoint 2016 content
Emphasis on design and user experience using SharePoint tools and plug-ins
Utilize Microsoft SharePoint and web design best practices
Translate business requirements into technical requirements
Improve the platform based on continual feedback collected from end users
Consult on issue resolution, triage, and troubleshooting with Nike Technology
Support end-user training through preparation and delivery of training and site documentation. Enable end users to own appropriate components of site maintenance
Stay abreast of and apply industry and technology trends as well as emerging tools and techniques relevant to discipline. Lead the team in adoption of established best practices.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related discipline; or two years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
1 - 3 years’ experience in SharePoint development and administration including managing and creating site collections, sites, pages, and content types
Experience creating and maintain complex SharePoint security structures leveraging LDAP/AD
Familiarity with Microsoft tool suite (Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Power Apps, O365)
CSS4, HTML5, Infowise and modern JavaScript experience preferred but not required
1 – 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting and providing support to end users
Ability to work with global, cross functional teams
