You are a natural born leader with deep, hands-on management experience working in a dynamic business environment. You love to ask questions, are continually learning and always looking for opportunities to share knowledge with others. Your experience helps you prioritize and overcome blockers and guide the work of others on your team. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?As a Lead Manager, you’ll define and communicate the Product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment to company strategies. You’ll manage and prioritize the Product backlog on an ongoing basis and will also oversee the growth of the data analytics capability within your function and the health of its supporting data architecture. You’ll also ensure your teams have the full context and understanding of customers and the business environment to craft valuable solutions.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?You will lead, mentor and inspire your team while monitoring performance, goals and development potential. You’ll work with key partners to define Features and Epics, and with customers to understand their current and future needs. You’ll also collaborate with Release Management to choose the optimum release strategy and Product Owners to optimize Feature delivery to customers.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or related field
6+ years of relevant professional experience, including experience working with Agile teams and working as a team lead
Demonstrated experience in leading teams of data analysts, engineers, and scrum masters in the delivery of data analytics products
Meaningful experience in data warehousing, dimensional modeling and the ability to bring best practices with regard to data management, ETL, API integrations, and data governance
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
Experience with Agile methodologies and principles such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming, etc. and how they’re applied in workplace culture
Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
