As the Digital Loss Prevention Analytics Manager you will be responsible for analyzing millions of records to find new and innovative ways to stop fraud and abuse on Nike’s digital platforms. You will lead a team and work cross functionally to develop strategic analytics and forecasting to identify trends, surface opportunities and meaningful insights. You will support the development of our data environment and infrastructure and have authority on all LP data. You will develop clear and concise reports, dashboards and visualization to paint a clear picture of LP performance to stakeholders. You will support the development and maintenance of operational metrics that will help elevate the performance of our team. Roles & Responsibilities:Understand the vision, direction and culture of Nike Digital Loss Prevention
Responsible to develop and maintain reports on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly business and operational metrics; identify trends and opportunities that tell a story with data.
Provide analytics support on projects, new initiatives and strategic business decisions.
Lead research and analytical work to identify, resolve and implement solutions to key business issues that arise. Proactively gather the right data from appropriate sources, probes/considers all of the facts, considers other perspectives; conducts root cause analysis; refers to long term plans and goals; prioritizes key factors; acts decisively, promptly and skillfully.
Design and implement reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
Support in aligning process across key cross-functional partners – Supply Chain/Finance/Ops
Support various analytics projects, and take the lead to collaborate closely with the business as needed
Lead ongoing direction of tools and processes supporting the deployment tracks, establishing scorecard metrics to monitor progress
Monitor existing metrics and partnering with internal and external teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
Transform data into visualized, actionable analysis and metrics and identify opportunities for business drivers
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, or statistics highly preferred
Master’s degree in quantitative field a plus
Excellent SQL skills, with ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries
Experience with R, Python or similar languages for data science preferred.
Minimum of 4-6 years professional experience desired
3 years of experience in broad-based analytics roles including application of insights to complex business problems, and developing high-impact management and operational reporting.
2 years experience developing analytical teams.
Prior experience in ecommerce for retail or financial services industry preferred.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills desired. Mac/ Keynote skills highly preferred.
Prior experience in design and implementation of analytical projects; experience with large scale databases and data warehouses in a business environment.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
Experience developing automated dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, R Shiny or similar.
