DescriptionAs the Graphic Designer for our Global Employee Communications team, you will create materials to use in communications to our more than 73,000 employees globally. This role will work alongside a team of design professionals in the Communications Design Center of Excellence (COE) to deliver concepts and materials that reflect Nike’s design ethos. You will work with a global team of communications professionals using traditional, digital and social media platforms to amplify the company narrative and engage the employee base. Responsibilities to include:•Work with leadership and communications partners to design for projects •Translate briefs and marketing plans into creative concepts •Clearly articulate project concepts through prototypes and comps, including presentations and other storytelling vehicles to socialize with key partners•Deliver cutting edge creative work•Help manage processes to ensure design deliverables and timelines are met•Work with design counterparts to ensure continuity across initiatives, categories, and projects•Create content for multi-channels –print, digital, experiential•Help present creative concepts and execution ideas with senior leaders and internal and external stakeholdersQualifications•Bachelor's degree and 5+ years professional experience delivering high profile design •Passion for creative storytelling•Passion for the Nike brand, sports and for creating high-quality work with extreme attention to details•Experience with creating websites and/or apps for mobile devices and digital content creation•Expert-level knowledge of current trends in color, technology, communications, experience, art and other design influences•Familiarity working with interactive creative, usability, interaction design and engineering•In-depth understanding of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and PPT•Solid foundation in typography, layout, and general design•Ability to function independently and in a team environment•Ability to work on several concurrent projects and manage time wisely•Ability to Travel, 5-10%Preferred:•Experience working directly with Communications teams•Experience in photography and video production •Knowledge of footwear or apparel industry•Experience working on high-profile consumer brands NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
