If you’re dynamic, action-oriented, collaborative, thoughtful, and have deep technical privacy experience, you’ll fit right in with the team that helps Nike earn and deserve consumer trust.DESCRIPTION As the Privacy Solutions Product Owner, you will primarily be responsible for delivering solutions that enable the Privacy program to work smarter and faster in service of our business partners, and ultimately the consumer. As part of this role, you will be required to build partnerships and coordinate with multiple teams, including lawyers, analysts, finance, and IT to develop systematic solutions that can be integrated with other existing or future solutions.Additionally, you will support the continuous improvements effort to refine the processes and tools that support the entire Privacy program team, including globally located teammates. You will document business requirements and user-guide materials for developed solutions. It is critical to understand how features are performing against customers’ expectations and providing improvement solutions. You will need to demonstrate a excellent ability to rapidly assimilate and work successfully in a highly matrixed organization and forge partnerships with peers, customers, suppliers, and vendors.SKILLSExcellent analytical and innovative skills for strategic planning, sound decision-making, and problem solving and ability to work well under tight business driven deadlines
Demonstrated ability to coordinate small projects; including gathering requirements, conducting research, task management against a timeline, and updating key partners and stakeholders in a timely manner.
Continuously maintain and prioritize product backlog, while actively identifying risks, constraints, and dependencies that would impact roadmap.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas
Ability to present and apply creative alternatives for improvement
Energetic, self-directed, highly creative team player required
Excellent problem-solving and creative skills for strategic planning, sound decision-making, and problem solving and ability to work well under tight business driven deadlines
Ability to learn and develop high proficiency in new technology platforms
Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced IT environment, where willingness to learn and adapt is critical
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and be resourceful enough to find solutions on your own; a fast learner
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Experience with MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)
Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, etc.
Ability to pass a 7-year background investigation
