DescriptionAs our global Nike Direct Loss Prevention Programs Manager, you’ll help to define and support global Loss Prevention programs. You’ll be responsible for program planning, building content and reporting progress on weekly basis, while organizing and working with other Loss Prevention professionals within our geographies to drive the work forward.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead research to identify, develop and implement solutions to key business issues that arise
Drive awareness of key Loss Prevention initiatives through content messaging, leveraging Nike internal collaboration tools
Package results from analysis into a consistent and cohesive message
Content + communications development for broad, global initiatives to support Loss Prevention
Participates in project planning, including defining tasks and managing to deadlines
Understands, tracks and articulates issues, risks and action items; works with owners to address issues on a timely basis; update stakeholders as needed
Understand the vision, direction, and culture of Nike Direct Loss Prevention
Responsible for development and/or delivery of Loss Prevention content supporting the protection of People, Profit and Brand
Provide support on projects, new initiatives, and strategic business decisions
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Risk Management or a related field is highly preferred
Experience using Loss Prevention specific software, IE. Exception based reporting, case management and incident reporting
Prior retail experience and knowledge required, preferably experience in Loss Prevention
Experience building training and communications for high visibility retail initiatives
Experience working in a matrixed organization across a variety of stakeholder groups
Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to articulate complex business drivers
Proven ability to use data to back up assumptions and articulate business cases
Experience using MS Office + Keynote required
Strong oral, written and presentation skills combined with the ability to articulate business drivers
Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison across geography teams
Self-motivated individual that possesses excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work
