DescriptionAs the Senior Director of Product Management for Nike’s Demand & Supply Management organization, you will own the product development roadmap for the company’s enterprise planning capability across areas such as demand planning, wholesale and vertical retail planning, and supply and inventory planning. You will be a critical enabler of the development of planning tools with deep analytics integration that help drive ever increasing accuracy of a unified demand signal at different levels of granularity over multiple time horizons.

You will help drive an integrated, iterative approach to delivering business value that includes tools and technology, people & process, and deeply embedded analytics. The outcome of your efforts will drive to a future state that will allow planners to more fully optimize demand and supply to serve consumers, drive profitable growth and inventory productivity for Nike and our partners.

Your team will develop long term planning and a capability roadmap that will integrate strategies across the end to end value chain and prioritize and drive key capability enablement. Ensuring successful adoption of solutions developed often requires critical organizational transformation. As a result, in addition to product management responsibilities, this role will manage resources in a Center of Excellence (COE) that are focused on ensuring process excellence, portfolio & transition management, and communications.
REQUIREMENTSDeveloped and executed large, multi-faceted product deliveries, with a history of successful launches at global scale

Drive the goals, strategic direction, and vision of the Demand and Supply Management (DSM) product and capabilities roadmap with a high competence for global expansion and scale

Experience working and leading large teams inside a complex, matrixed organization, utilizing exceptional relationship building skills and effective communication across all levels

Establish, maintain and manage scorecards measuring value of investments with well-defined KPIs

Drive innovation and iterative development process, including identifying launch approaches with MVP pilots and testing strategies to perfect and scale product(s) successfully

Demonstrated history of successful partnership with engineering and analytics functions


QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business, operations, retail or related field strongly preferred
10+ years of professional experience in product management working with agile development teams
Prior product management experience in areas such as end to end planning (demand and supply planning, wholesale and retail planning, inventory management) strongly preferred
Strong understanding of enterprise-level platforms and technologies
Exposure / knowledge of process management excellence (lean, six sigma, etc.) and transition management,
Experience working in a matrixed environment in a senior-level role
Demonstrated team leadership and development
Proven success and experience delivering clear executive level communications—compelling, high-impact storyteller
Self-directed and adept at working in ambiguous environments
