DescriptionOur mission in NIKE BY YOU (NBY/NIKEiD) is to lead & serve the co-creation generation and vision is brand-defining product service where the consumer & their communities decide. Our goal is to ignite the power of community through maker studio, sport on demand and to continue elevate style on demand service. To deliver on new business models and to drive an integrated post purchase performance analytics work, we are looking for a new team member. As the Business Analyst, you will be focused on enabling data-driven consumer delivery performance measurement and post purchase processes for new biz models (Rostering, Bespoke, Cultivator) for NBY. You will need to support the Ops team globally on consumer insights, data modeling, identifying industry core KPI’s and work with tech and service providers on data for a self-service reporting, monitoring and managing performance. You will be actively involved in implementing the futuristic service delivery network through the lens of Nike Direct (.com + stores) across all Geo’s and GE. You will think broadly and be flexible about the role due to the evolution of Nike By You business. You must be a self-starter and an effective communicator who is comfortable learning quickly and connecting the dots between Make and Move functions. You will need those skills as you work across multiple teams at Nike World Headquarters, factories and geographies within Nike’s matrixed organization. Results will depend on your ability to quickly form both professional and personal relationships with colleagues and drive to rigorous, actionable, user-friendly deliverables. Your specific responsibilities will include:
Own post purchase performance measurement to include CPU, EDD, NPS, Speed, sustainability goals and track Deminimis program as well
Maintain forecast, budget and actuals in partnership with ND Finance and logistics service providers.
Own daily operational last mile shipment tracking, reverse logistics, Sale/Brand samples and partner with consumer services on delivery issues during peak/non-peak
Work with global procurement on new/existing service providers contract negotiations and cost/benefit analysis for new biz models
Support integration between NBY global factories, Geo’s, logistics carriers and Nike tech on logistics triggers for timely revenue recognition and carrier payments
Work with factories, carriers and Geo’s on establishing new delivery capabilities and processes for Rostering, Cultivator and Bespoke opportunities
Work with Geo’s to ensure shipping rates are most updated in appropriate Nike systems (DOMS, FC, SAP)
Document NBY Ops & Logistics needs of today and requirements of the future for SEC
Actively involved in the global macro and micro biz environment on BREXIT analysis and support execution for biz continuity
QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain, Data science, Statistics or a related discipline
2+ years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on International supply chain, procurement, business reporting, insights, analytics and business process integration
2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree
Experience of hands on working in an E2E Digital and/or Retail biz environment
Technical and analytical skillset with a proficiency in Nike system landscape, Cognos, MS-Excel, data simulation and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimental design)
Deep logistics service provider management knowledge with influential personality
Subject matter expert on distribution network including small parcel, shipping rates and reverse logistics
Preferred:Interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts as high-impact presentations (MS-PowerPoint) to business audiences
Demonstrated record of collaborating with and delivering results across cross-functional teams, with superb teamwork skills and apply lean principle in projects along with a process-oriented mindset
