DescriptionAs our Transportation Program Manager, you will contribute to Nike's growth by defining and encouraging the strategic agenda for continuous transformation of Nike's capabilities for the North America Supply Chain to better serve our athletes and consumers. In our rapidly changing world you will help us raise the standard on Nike's end-to-end value chain expertise by working in close partnership with internal and external innovation leaders related to Sourcing, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Digital Operations and Logistics.Key Accountabilities:Manage ACE* portfolio planning (schedule & resource)
Provide coordination & support to program teams
Help Program managers develop rigorous, locked down milestones & timelines
Champion rigor testing on behalf of the executive sponsor and steering committee
Agilely manage teams through process: assist with updates, challenge assumptions, enforce quality
Ensure critical interdependencies between programs and significant risks are managed
Ensure transparency & integrity of impacts, leveraging HR, Finance and other shared services
Prepare Portfolio status and help communicate updates to PMO manager
Oversee tracking of ACE* Portfolio metrics/performance reporting
Manage milestone progress, interdependencies and critical path across ACE* Pillars
Develop and present comprehensive program and high level project plans to executive leadership and project sponsors
Budget management
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline
5+ years of demonstrated project management experience
2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree
Distribution center operational experience or manufacturing process experience
Experience with design and execution of cross-functional workshops
Experience with executive stakeholder management
