DescriptionAs our Ethics & Compliance Data Analytics and Reporting Manager, you will provide fact-based, strategic and actionable insights to help inform and enable NIKE’s Global Ethics & Compliance Program. You will be responsible for developing and driving a comprehensive data analytic and reporting strategy across all elements of our Program, including but not limited to:•Third-party diligence & risk management•Ethics & Compliance trainings•Issues and questions related to Nike’s Code of Conduct•Internal control activities•Program deliverablesYou will work closely with cross functional partners including Investigations, Procurement, Audit, Human Resources and Legal to gather data, provide inputs and insights and information that assists with development of strategies and projects.You will also work on strategic projects in support of Nike’s Ethics & Compliance program. You will be responsible for providing insights and reporting that will enable effective project governance, aligning with stakeholders and liaising and partnering with them to track & report progress against key deliverables and objectives. You will be expected to work as a selfless collaborator on a small team, partnering with multiple stakeholders, applying systems thinking to frame-up and resolve problems, and communicating complex ideas in simple and compelling ways. Comfort with complex data, analytical models and the ability to distill complex information into relevant actionable insights is a requirement. Key Responsibilities:•Develop and drive a comprehensive data analysis and reporting strategy across all elements of our Program•Lead efforts to identify and leverage available data sources and reporting that support Program strategies and objectives•Ensure data is aligned, accessible, and serves the ever-evolving needs of the Program•Bring creative solutions to structure, visualize, and think about complex problems and provide meaningful insights•Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for key focus areas.•Serve as an authority in analyzing and leveraging data to provide meaningful insights that inform and optimize cross functional Program initiatives and commitments.•Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.Required Skills:•Comfort with complex data, analytical models and the ability to distill complex information into relevant actionable insights is a requirement. •Creative storytelling, synthesizing complex findings, and the ability to bring complex data to life for stakeholders.•Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, analyze, and develop solution options•Ability to manage a portfolio of large analytics projects with multiple business stakeholders in a fast-moving, matrixed setting with ambiguous requirements.•Demonstrated history of being resourceful, identifying creative solutions and discovering new data sets/methodologies to answer business questions a plus.•Ability to work as a selfless collaborator on a small team, partnering with multiple stakeholders, applying systems thinking to frame-up and resolve problems, and communicating complex ideas in simple and compelling ways.•Strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to network, influence and inspire.•Must be flexible, adaptable and resourceful and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentQualifications•Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Supply Chain, or related field of study. •3+ years’ experience in a comparable analytics role•Ability to manage and assess large data sets & populations leveraging technology•Ability to work in a deadline driven environment•Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills•Thorough attention to detail and process orientation•Auditing of data and root cause analysis experience preferred NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
