DescriptionThe Business Analyst will work as part of the HR Governance Quality & Analysis team to strengthen and define solutions to business projects across HR functional teams through utilization of HR systems and tools.This position applies consultancy, analytical and planning skills to gather and process information for HR business processes in support of a variety of HR-related initiatives and projects.Work is performed autonomously under limited supervision. This person is frequently required to work under deadlines in an environment where they may be required to stand firm to the global initiatives while guiding and partnering with regional and local teams.Primary Responsibilities:• Provide analysis to projects including business requirements, process design, process maps, and other associated project documentation• Evaluate and consult with business partners on potential solution options• Partner with technical teams to design the solutions and interfaces• Create and facilitate User Acceptance Testing plan and implementation• Communicate key decisions and corresponding impacts across teams to ensure integrated plans and solutions are delivered• Work with Transition Management team to quantify and prepare for project impacts and transition• Complete knowledge transfer to production support teams• Ensure consistent Business Analyst practice across the HR team• Ask questions to understand the work, identify gaps/opportunities, and challenge (when appropriate)• Influence to align cross functional teams towards solutionsMinimum requirements: • Requires Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of the organization• Experience in HR Operations with an understanding of upstream/downstream impacts• Experience working within a global organization• UAT testing experience• Ability to work independently and influence others to meet deadlines• Self-starter with experience driving resultsQualifications• Experience with global, cross functional project implementations• Detailed knowledge of HR processes (payroll, workforce administration, HR systems etc.).• Experience working in an Agile project framework• Experience with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management and/or other HR functions.• SAP experience• Ability to travel, occasionally, including internationally• Experience in the area of business analysis NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
