The Nike Demand & Supply Management (DSM) team understands how to convert consumer needs and interpret market capacity to create the right supply for marketplaces around the world. The DSM Sales Planning team is on the commercial forefront working hand in hand with sales and has the responsibility and opportunity to help our partners, and Nike, achieve their financial goals while ensuring we supply the right product, in the right quantities, to meet the needs of the consumer. Description:Lead, Guides, Strengthen and Inspire a cross-functional team, and collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders, to deliver an actionable perspective to manage marketplace health for a multi category Strategic Account. Drive Gross to Net, Stock and Sales, Product and Location Level plans to drive sustainable, profitable growth for both the Nike and the Strategic Retailer.Lead, Coach, Drive and Inspire:Align strategy, guide team performance, celebrate & reward results
Guide, benchmark strengths of team and individuals, and develop individual talent
Drive organizational innovation and excellence

Deliver The Business:Supports and Develop Business Planning, Retail planning and Location Planning teams
Strengthen Gross to Net and Stock & Sales planning forecasts to capture consumer marketplace ask and guide key Integrated Account Team and DSM deliverables
Engage cross functional partners in Merchandising, S&OP, Finance, and Brand to deliver support for and implementation against the plans.
Strengthen in-season management process to identify risks and opportunities for both retailer and Nike inventor
Develop and maintain relationship with strategic partner planning leadership
Financial Forecasting:Collaborate with Account Planning Leadership Team to align on long range pre-season targets for retail sales, receipts, inventory, margin, and turn for Stock & Sales planning
Partner with Account Merchandising and Account Directors to drive forecast for key Category Game Plan gates.
Provide marketplace perspective to drive financial plans for long range and quarterly financial forecasting.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing or a related field
2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree
8+ years experience in Buying, Planning, Allocation and/or Sales for multi-store channel retailer
2+ years of experience guiding and developing teams to achieve goals and targets
Comprehensive understanding of retail math
Experience in gross margin profitability planning
Excellent and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and impact others
Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred
Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc
Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
Excellent team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
