About the job

As the Customer Master lead, you will create the process, procedure and guidelines and guide the Master data team at Nike to succeed with new technology in an omnichannel environment. As we support the organization initiative to strengthen our Consumer Direct offence, you will take all steps to lead the Customer master data team to contribute the maximum to support all functions in terms of Master data that will lead to the success of this organization goal. Your primary goal will be to lead the Customer Master team in all activities which will be the sub function of Master data Capability.Responsibilities•Lead Customer Master team on day to day activities that includes guiding BSAs and Developer on all changes required for Master data.•Lead the Customer master squad on project and product support needs in stead state phase.•Formulate and activate the intake process for issue / changes related to SAP Customer Master data.•Guide SAP Master data team on Customer master changes proposed to run business successfully •Lead SAP Customer master team on all requirement, Design, development and testing of software projects•Partner with Information management team / Business for all SAP Customer master requirements.•Lead and Perform FIT -GAP on all SAP Customer master design needs and guide team on solutioning.•Formulate, set up and govern the process needed to address all Customer master integration needs from various sources.•Coordination with all Stakeholder & support function for all SAP Customer master Design, development and testing needs.•Single point of contact for management reporting to leadership related to SAP Customer master.•Cross functional coordination for all project requirements, create stakeholder visibility and alignment on all project needs.•Lead all Agile process for Master data projects, coordinate with Project manager, Scrum master & Development team on day to day activities.•Work with internal and external stakeholders, other support services to remove the blockers if any.•Responsible for cutover and conversion process for all Customer master related work.•Coordinate with SAP Engineering, architect, testing and Release teams for all project implementation.•Govern and lead 100 % utilization of Agile tools like Jira / Version One and testing tool for all SAP project implementation.•Identify knowledge gap within team, coordinate and help all training needs.•Lead the master data team on design & development of master data integration from source to target.•Responsible for creation and maintenance of Master data documents like Blue print/ Func spec, Technical Spec, Configuration, Source to target mapping, testing and steady state instructions.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in IT, Sales Management functions, or related discipline•10+ years of experience in SAP Master Data, primarily in Customer master area includes sales function.•In depth knowledge in ECC or SAP AFS or SAP Retail is required with complete business process knowledge.•SAP S/4 Fashion & SAP MDG implementation knowledge is an added advantage.•Hands on experience in the implementation of SAP Customer master for ECC, SAP AFS or SAP Retail.•Minimum 3 years of experience as lead leading a Sales & Distribution module implementation and integration team.•SAP Customer Master data configuration knowledge is required, programming knowledge is an added advantage.•Experience in Agile / SAFe hands-on experience and knowledge is required.•Hands on experience in using testing tools for projects •Ability to translate complex ideas and data into digestible insights for master data team•Excellent presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders. •Excellent communication and leadership skill to handle a project team.Preferred•Experience working on large-scale global projects•Experience working with virtual teams and cross-functional partners•Experience working with offshore / near shore team NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
