At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.Description:Nike Training Club App is looking for a Manager of Performance Programming for NTC Premium. NTC is your indispensable training partner, a daily invitation to the brand and a deeply personal experience and pathway to physical and mental well-being. As part of the Nike Training Club Digital Product team, your mission will be focused on ensuring the workouts and fitness programs within NTC are effective, safe, and based on the latest innovation in health and fitness. The ideal candidate will have a background in fitness and personal training as well as experience with digital fitness platforms. Relationship management, identifying stakeholder needs and team expectations, and delivering results through quantified performance metrics is critical to success. Before workouts are produced, this person is responsible for testing workouts and programs to ensure programming is safe and effective. During production, this person will act as a fitness tech advisor to the production to ensure high quality standards of performance programming. After production, this person will be responsible for providing metadata and descriptions to accurately reflect workouts captured. This person will also for leading the performance testing of the workouts and programs and reporting on results. This role requires a demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes and work across internal and external partners. This person must be highly organized, have a creative sense, and knowledge of performance programming. We’re looking for a demonstrated production manager who is creative and collaborative. Responsibilities•Execute on Premium workout strategy, leveraging research and insights from past performance and latest trends and development around personal training and direction from Editorial director•Stay connected in Sport Performance field, develop relationships with industry leaders and stay on top of trends•Plan and conduct quality assurance testing of program content pre and post production to ensure efficacy•Review all video workout content from a performance angle to ensure highest quality and fitness standards are met (guidance, form, quality of content) and provide feedback•Provide editorial and creative input to related to fitness programming to ensure effectiveness of programming•Partner with Editorial director and take direction on key themes and overall direction for programming•Partner with Trainers to create workouts for programs and as stand-alone workouts•Partner with Content Production Manager to shoot workout content, supporting pre, during, & post-production needs•Partner with the Nike Training Club product team to ensure flawless content implementation•Partner with the Director of Sport Performance to ensure alignment on Nike training philosophy•Partner with Nike Talent director to ensure alignment on trainers selected for NTC•Travel to attend video shoots for content production requiredQualifications-Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant production management-Experience working with talent and external agencies-Experience working with fitness content-Background in fitness or personal training-Understanding of digital landscape, user experience and our digital platforms-Passionate about training-Excellent oral and written communication skills -Experience of working cross-functionally in a matrix organization -Ability to understand challenges or underlying opportunities, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management -Adapts quickly and works in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed-A desire to be a part of a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
