DescriptionNike Digital is a strategic focus and the growth engine for Nike, Inc. As a member of the Growth Team within Nike Digital, you will support high impact, high visibility initiatives to drive growth across the Nike Digital portfolio. As part of that work, you will be a key player in optimizing and activating Growth across commercial, marketing, and product teams, and leading cross-platform growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:Cross-Platform & Strategic Growth: Lead cross-functional teams and implement cross-platform strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and conversion that leverage the best of each of Nike’s digital experience and a performance driven plan with ROI goals, LTV, virality, SEO/ASO, referrals, app downloads
Cross-Functional & Horizontal Activation: Build relationships and partnerships across Digital Product, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Business, Direct Finance, Digital Strategy, Digital Partnerships and Analytics to effectively and efficiently deliver high impact Growth priorities; With Growth Product team, facilitate transparency and champion use of new technologies and tools to drive Growth across the portfolio
Growth Marketing: With a deep understanding of the consumer journey phases and key business metrics support, educate and action against organic Growth tactics; Partner with performance marketing and paid acquisition to deliver robust marketing activations
GTM & Commercial: Serve as Go-to-Market leader for expansion of digital experiences in new territories or launch of new services. Develop targets, marketing plans, and coach cross-functional territory and global teams in the development of commercial and operating capabilities required
Growth Mindset Activation & Education: Develop and present materials to all levels of audiences to understand and activate against the Growth Model and Growth tactics; Identify and size future opportunities of growth for Nike Direct. Develop a broad portfolio of growth ideas to implement thru various market test and programs
Growth Model: Lead development, maintenance and socialization of the Nike Growth Model; build partnerships with stakeholders to drive adoption and distribution to leadership
Growth Team Manager: Develop team of Growth Managers and Analysts
App Store Optimization: Lead ASO Analyst responsible for executing the optimization of App Store descriptions, keywords and titles to improve discoverability for Nike’s apps; manage stakeholders and develop partnerships with geography and territory teams to enable ASO delivery across territories

Clear and direct written and verbal communication 
Qualifications8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing in a consumer-facing digital commerce setting required; MBA from a premier school
Additional experience in Digital Commerce, Strategy, Management Consulting or Investment Banking a plus
Experience handling multi-million-dollar direct-response marketing budgets and/or consumer facing digital experiences across all platforms and all device types
Experience with hands-on development, operations, management, and optimization of large-scale online acquisition campaigns (not agency ran)
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to promptly establish priorities and communicate expectations; experience with modeling, multivariate testing, and statistics
Ability to drive initiatives involving cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and excel in the face of ambiguity and with a strong Enterprise mindset
Demonstrable expertise in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media, app store optimization, app download strategies, and digital advertising
Experience working in a global business environment required, accounting for different digital ecosystems, consumer expectations, and regulations in different regions and countries
Comprehensive understanding of the digital and retail market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens
Previous experience with SQL, database architecture, and building BI tools a strong plus
