DescriptionAs a member of HR Service Innovation, you will work alongside a team of experts in content, experience design and prototyping who are passionate about encouraging innovation in Nike’s HR programs and operations as we re-imagine Nike’s employee experience. As our Digital Analytics Lead, you’ll apply critical thinking to help Nike HR measure, report and analyze the success of programs, products, and services we deliver digitally to employees around the globe. In this role, you’ll partner with key stakeholders and other members of HR Services and Operations to help answer challenging strategic questions and inform decision-making among HR leadership. A standout candidate will bring a solid background in operational analytics and modeling, statistics, knowledge of HR processes and familiarity with learning and content technologies. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a great communicator, endlessly curious, take pride in accurate work and be committed to advancing your knowledge and expertise.Responsibilities •Develop, maintain, and communicate analytical data and reports to stakeholders at all levels•Partner with Nike HR’s Workforce Analytics team to tell holistic stories with data•Measure and report on the utilization, completion and escalation of Nike learning programs •Work with content and SEO experts to provide data-driven strategic recommendations •Leverage or build analytic tools to uncover user needs that help identify and refine solutions •Measure and report on program and application effectiveness against business goals•Serve as a resource and mentor for partners and peers•Collaborate with researchers, experience designers and a diverse set of “virtual” team members and stakeholdersQualifications•BA/BS or MS in Business, Statistics, Operations Research, Marketing, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative focus plus 3-5 years of professional experience. In lieu of a degree an additional 2 years of experience is acceptable.•Excellent quantitative (i.e. statistics, optimization, simulation) and data visualization skills•Experience in visualization, data coding, big data technologies, data science and modeling software preferred (e.g. Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, R, Python, AnyLogic, Rapid Miner, Spark)•Experience with LMS reporting capabilities (e.g. TOTARA, MOODLE)•Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Learning Management Systems (Totara is preferred), Content Management Systems (Drupal is preferred), and Adobe Tools•Demonstrated ability to learn new advanced data toolsets quickly and autonomously•Familiarity with HTML, CSS, web publishing, site information architecture, intranets, metadata and/or user experience preferred•Ability to communicate complex concepts simply, verbally and in writing.
