DescriptionDirector, Global Source-to-Pay Operations With an aggressive long-term growth strategy, NIKE is counting on our Global Finance organization to thrive in its mission: to drive and deliver value to every NIKE shareholder. The Source-to-Pay value stream is a key pillar of this mission. We maintain strong internal controls, provide timely, accurate, and relevant information to internal and external stakeholders, and deliver expert business partnership to enable profitable growth while balancing risk. We are developing a center-led Global Source-to-Pay function to drive a shared strategic agenda, with a scalable, process-focused organization and a continuous improvement mindset. And we’re seeking world-class talent like you to contribute to this journey. 
As the Director of Global Source-to-Pay, you will help drive the development of a globally integrated and well controlled operations offense for vendor management; sourcing, procurement and payment for spend categories to enable the commercial and operational strategies of the company. You will lead the Company in our transition from today’s decentralized, country-specific tools and processes to a new center-led operating model with global tools, policies and processes. This will include establishing centralized governance and expertise and will require dynamic and influential leadership of direct and virtual teams as well as with business and operational partners.
Success in this role requires the ability to:
Develop high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and layers
Act strategically with both a win now and create the future mentality when leading the deployment of the team’s priority initiatives
Leading and influencing remotely located business partners to implement new systems, tools, controls, processes and policies

Deliver results through team leadership, cross functional collaboration and motivate groups to collectively meet common objectives
Lead with passion, courage and agility in an ever-changing environment
Demonstrate strong cross-functional business acumen and communication of financial and operational stories, including metrics. Demonstrate functional and/or technical proficiency in Finance area of specialty and applies the expertise to execute against Nike’s business goals and objectives. 
Continuously enhances professional knowledge and stays current with Nike and industry best practices.
Drives effectiveness through continuous optimization and improvement of organizations, processes, and systems. 
Effectively applies LEAN or a similar process optimization concepts.
Effectively manages organizational and process changes by building and maintaining momentum for change, engaging stakeholders, aligning the organization, training and developing people, and ensuring business readiness and adoption for change.

QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, preferably with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management or equivalent. CPA is a plus.
Demonstrated experience driving complex, multi-faceted transformations spanning process, organizational design, and tools/systems changes in a dynamic and growing business environment. Includes experience driving change from a highly decentralized function and process to a more strategic, center-led offense and shared-services model.
Understanding of COSO / ICFR / SOX and accounting practices to engage with various constituents across NIKE.
8-9 years’ experience in increasing areas of responsibility focused on end-to-end Source-to-Pay process and operations; preferably within a large, complex, multinational corporation
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity managing both people and projects. Large scale systems implementation experience strongly preferred.
