Description
As an Operational
Excellence Analyst, you will work as a member of the Global Supply Planning
team to help maximize the execution of supply plans and on-time delivery of
product. You will do this through three main tracks of work: capability
enablement, process excellence and cross-category planning alignment.
Capability
Enablement
You
will collaborate with the Global Supply Planning teams and cross-functional
partners to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement in the
planning and execution process, and work with tech and reporting teams and the
S&IP COE to understand, plan and implement solutions. This will include
communicating requirements, scoping solutions, testing solutions and
communicating and training teams on new capabilities. This will be done in
conjunction with the Apparel Supply Planning team, to ensure cross-Product
Engine alignment. You will also help represent the business needs for planning
solutions being implemented as part of larger enterprise solutions.
Process
Excellence & Governance
Global
Supply Planning acts as the conduit between Geography planning teams and Partner
Management Teams and is responsible for standardized efficient and effective
processes. Responsibilities include new process creation, documentation and
planner adoption. Part of your role will be to assess the inventory of existing
Supply Planning-owned processes and reports and use Lean methodologies to
streamline or drive automation. Additional focus will be to work across Apparel/Equipment
Supply Planning team to consolidate similar, independent processes and reduce
duplicative processes.
Cross-Category
Planning Alignment
While
you will not directly manage the supply plan for a specific Category, you will
work to find alignment among the Category-focused Supply Planners. You will
work with the Supply Planning team to understand the intricacies of their
unique Categories and strive to standardize work where possible to increase
planning execution efficiency. This will involve piloting and refining new
executional work (ex. Prebuilds, Allocation Management) to a point of
operationalization, and then automating the activities in a sustainable,
documented format.

Qualifications
The
ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for leveraging collaboration and
technology to creatively implement supply chain solutions, as they look to
develop their career in the planning and manufacturing space.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s
degree
1-3
years of experience in Process Development, Operations or Supply Chain Planning
Experience
working in a diverse, cross-functional environment
Effective
communication skills, including in-person, written and via phone
Effective
presentation skills
Results-oriented
mindset for prioritizing work
Advanced
proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability
to work towards organizational goals despite potentially ambiguous and
fluctuating requirements
Preferred
Qualifications:
Lean
methodogies
APICS
certification (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD)
Understanding
of manufacturing processes (not necessarily Footwear)
Experience
with Tableau, SQL, and/or Cognos
Experience
aligning cross-cultural, virtual teams
