Description
In the role of Product Security Supply Chain Manager – Regional you are a primary liaison between Product Security and key Nike functions throughout the Supply Chain. This position will take the lead in Identifying and evaluating regional security risks throughout NIKE’s Supply chain and implement cost-effective and brand-enhancing security management strategies/solutions that avoid, mitigate and reduce the potential impact of risk to the business. Communicate the degree of security risk and potential solutions at regional level, for informed profitability-based decisions. Provide consulting and expertise in the areas of risk analysis, security concepts, procedures, security plans, loss control and property protection.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

!Identify and evaluate security risks throughout NIKE’s Supply Chain by performing assessments
!Make cost-effective and brand-enhancing recommendations that avoid, mitigate and reduce the potential impact of risk to the business.
!Communicate the degree of security risk and potential solutions at the global and regional levels, for informed-based decisions.
!Provide consulting and expertise in the areas of risk analysis, security concepts especially in shipping samples and innovative product via air or road carrier.
!Build the regional relationships in order to execute the global strategy
!Responsible for implementing regional Contract implementations as per strategy
!Participate in regional Tender Processes
!Support global future development of standards by regional input
!Support all strategic development global SCS program
!Provide useful data to regional stakeholders and Global team
!Conduct focused security actions in High Risk areas
!Work together with carriers on loss investigations
!Provide inputs to improve product security policy, standards, and training.
!Educate and motivate management and employees to integrate security management thinking into their strategic planning and operations.
!Develop and maintain effective relationships within and outside of Nike in order to remain current on developments within the business and to co-ordinate efforts wherever appropriate.
!Develop, organize and manage an extensive network within the Supply Chain world in order to accomplish the responsibilities outlined above.


Qualifications
Bachelor’s
degree or greater.
Extensive 5+ years knowledge of Supply Chain
Security, risk analysis, security system knowledge, security concepts, and
generalist understanding of loss control. 
+3 year experience in shipping samples and innovative product via air or
road carrier
Ability
to change directions quickly based on business, project, and team needs.
Ability to effectively communicate complex
findings and ideas simply to a wide variety of internal stakeholders, including
senior level leadership. Communicate effectively across distances.
Ability
to prioritize and execute with minimal direction or oversight.
Exceptional
communications and interpersonal skills.
Possess
a collaborative work ethic, professional maturity, and a positive personality.
The
ability to function independently, under pressure, and perform multiple
functions and duties, often simultaneously.
Advanced
proficiency in MS Office applications
Deep
