Scope and Responsibilities:


We are looking for a Sr. Director, Office of Tech Ops who
thrives working cross-functionally with teams, developing innovation solutions,
and implementing a dynamic international strategy. You will act as the Chief of
Staff to the VP of Technical Operations (Tech Ops) and lead the team that develops
the cross functional road map, organizes and optimizes daily business
operations functions, program management, and produces data analytics and
reporting to drive business decisions.


The ideal candidate must have a track record of success leading a range
of operational activities. You will demonstrate your exceptional leadership
skills and ability to discover the most efficient ways to run the business
daily and create our future way of working. Our goal is to safeguard and augment
the efficiency of organizational operations to facilitate accelerating
development and long-term success.


You'll have the opportunity to work alongside truly talented people
including Geography teams, business and technology stakeholders, and retail –
bringing them together to create a collaborative, innovative, and high

Execution
Develop strategic vision and position of domain in
partnership with leadership team
Ensure integration and alignment of enterprise,
function and domain-level strategies through strong partnership with
Finance & Strategy; translate strategy into long-term plans with
goals, outcomes and KPIs
Direct strategic, operational and administrative
activities related to the domain; provide oversight and guidance to
projects with strategic importance; proactively partner across domains to
advance enterprise strategies
Elevate strategic engagement between technology domain
and business stakeholders
Portfolio
Management, Capacity Planning and Budget Visibility
Manage priorities through effective
intake and processes to manage dynamic shifts; ensure ongoing visibility and
transparency of priorities
Create and
communicate domain operational health and performance by leveraging data
and insights to drive action
Prioritize
critical issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision
making by the domain leadership team
Manage
dependencies, capacity / resource allocation and mitigate portfolio risk
Manage
appropriate budgets and hold teams accountable for effective growth

Critical Experiences
5 years of experience leading and managing large-scale programs
Experience in driving operational
rhythms and efficiencies for a large, globally diverse organization.
Expertise in driving and
collaborating with cross-functional senior leadership to align business,
domain, and functional roadmap's into a cohesive strategy.
Experience in constructing and
delivering organizational strategies that can be articulated to both senior
business leaders and global team members.  Requires strong influencing and
communication skills.
Expertise in translating
organizational strategy into a set of prioritized initiatives that are managed
and tracked through completion
Experience in configuring and
continuously improving the operating model of the organization based on Product
Management principles
Experience in transforming infrastructure/operational
ways of working to align to Lean and Agile methodologies and the delivery of
Services and Products
Experience in the construction and
operationalization of shared outcome KPIs that align to organizational
strategies, priorities, and operating rhythms
Experience in implementing broad,
global employee engagem
