Nike is looking for a Senior Director of Integrated Media who is responsible for leading and driving the Greater China Integrated Media Team, responsible for all paid media investments across our Greater China markets. Based in Shanghai, you will be responsible for the media strategy, investments, execution, results and team leadership & coaching in Greater China. This role reports to the VP of Greater China Marketing and sits on both the Marketing and Nike Direct Leadership teams.

This role directly manages three critical teams within Integrated Media:

* The Category Media team, responsible for bringing to life our key seasonal Nike Stories in an impactful way outside the Nike eco-system - driving inspiration and brand strength while strengthening the connection to consumers. This team has a primary connection into the Category Marketing team, and represents the full Integrated Media offense at IMMs and other key checkpoints including close alignment with territory/city marketing teams
* The platform team including the Search, Social/Display and Strategic Partnerships teams with a primary connection into the Nike Direct leadership team, and responsible for all external traffic/revenue driving programs to our integrated Nike Direct Digital ecosystem. This team represents the full Integrated Media offense at "Trade" meeting and other key NDDC checkpoints. This team also works closely with key External Digital Partners (e.g. Google, Facebook, Alibaba, Tencent as appropriate by the geography)
* Media Engineering Team: responsible for serving Media’s technical needs connections between external ecosystems & Nike, working with Category and Platforms teams and their agencies. This is the primary liaison team to our MarTech/AdTech initiatives.
* This role works in close partnership with key functional teams: Nike Marketing Leadership team, Nike Direct Leadership team, Consumer Direct Sciences (Analytics), Digital Partnerships, Procurement

Key Job Accountabilities

* Develop & execute a geo right Media strategy
* Lead, coach and inspire the Greater China Integrated Media Team as well as Media leaders in each Territory
* Drive continued integration between our Nike Direct Digital Brand teams, category media teams and the rest of the organization.
* Develop strong team relationships within the Greater China Marketing and Nike Direct Leadership teams.
* Be a catalyst for media innovation, measurement and insights for the team in Greater China and globally for Nike
* Build a team culture in which we recognize those who live our values and speak up when someone is not.
* Coach every team member on their individual professional development journey and ensure they do the same for their teams.
* Develop and evolve a team structure to facilitate and maximize individual and team performance.
* Ensure team partners tightly with Analytics teams to turn data into actionable insights
* Bring Media best practices, learnings and innovation into the Marketing Org
* Business lead for Multi Touch Attribution and Media Mix Modelling work for Greater China in close partnership with the Global team
* Drive a robust budget and financial planning process, leveraging the demand creation resources to drive the Nike Brand to premium positioning while also driving the Nike Direct business and hitting aligned upon targets
