KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Deliver on-time, consistent and accurate information management via process and tools:
- Maintain files and documentation such as product grids and buy/assortment spreadsheets.
- Complete pre-season setup to mitigate opportunity costs for ND business.
- Perform all merchandise related data entry such as price changes, markdowns, order
entry, product set-up, etc.
- Track mark-downs and price changes and ensure they are entered into the system in a
timely manner.
- Coordinate all aspects of purchase order management, including vendor setup, item
coding and PO entry,
- PO revisions, bulk management, etc.
- Respond to store requests for product information, UPC lookup, price changes, etc.

Utilize internal/external resource to drive efficiency in Direct Merchandising:
- Manage buy timeline with right counterpart with on-time deliverables.
- Build good partnership with internal and external partners to elevate process within
merchandising, including Category Merchandising, Merch Analytics, Merch Ops, Retail
Planning, Business Planning, Digital platform Team, Customer Service, Store team etc.

Provide general administrative support to the Nike Direct Merchandising Team:
- Sample Management, support Direct Merch to manage seasonal buy sample,
assisting Merch completing right assortment with right investment together with
Retail Planning.
- Support other buying manager request on business invest and programs.
