Job Description
Optimizing NDDC reporting & business analysis: Define and collect metrics and key performance indicators by building and analyzing reports
* Collect metrics and Define key performance indicators.
* Track and report on NDDC demand, traffic, and conversion KPI on weekly base.
* Track and report on NDDC platform member growth KPI on weekly base.
* Provide analytical support and make recommendations
NDDC business performance tracking
* Compile weekly and monthly business performance reports
* Weekly recap and analysis of best and slow sellers vs. plan and LY.
* Weekly recap and analysis of site traffic and KPI vs. plan and LY.
* Weekly recap and analysis of web journey analytics and make recommendations.
* Recap performance of marketing and seasonal stories and proactively provide insights for future planning.
