Job Accountabilities:
* Chief of staff: represent WD+C geo leader when required; work across and align team, communicate across the team on priorities, initiatives
* Asia and global rhythm of the business; drive alignment to Asia AOP/CSR process
* Global strategy: inform and educate on Asia strategy
* Geo strategy: lead priority and goals setting, offsites, workshops aligned with Asia and global business objectives
* Own Asia PMO; drive Asia AR roadmap development and PMO approval process
* Cross functional partnership: nurture key business partnerships (finance, legal, procurement, HR etc).
* QBR: lead and deliver
* Planning: lead the portfolio development through data and analytics of spatial metrics, global/geo resource planning and business insights
