About the job

Responsibilities:

(The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role)
* Design and Implement the One FBI Vision:

* Lead the design and implementation of Nike GC Finance Business Intelligence Roadmap
* Develop and lead a talented and integrated reporting and analytics team, responsible for building and deepening a holistic view of Nike’s growth driver through data and analytics
* Collaborate with Global Finance Business Intelligence to represent Greater China needs in enterprise capability investments, manage local impact, and maximize local benefits.
* Build strong partnership across other data science and other functional teams (such as DSM, CDS, ED&A, etc) at Nike to help accelerate and leverage data capabilities and insights as part of the company’s integrated data offense.

* Drive continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness in our way of doing

* Drive creation and/or implementation of decision support systems that help the business leverage/operationalize analytical insights
* Direct development of reporting tools, methodologies and ad hoc analysis to pull out relevant data, provide trending reporting, and evaluate metrics to help the teams drive their business.

* Elevate Business Intelligence analysis to enable data driven business decisions

* Own relationships with diverse business stakeholders to understand current and anticipate future customer and business needs, understand requirements and define relevant strategic questions
* Guide and oversee development and execution of reporting and analytics in Nike Finance function to enable data driven business decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals

* Build strong partnership across other data science and other functional teams (such as DSM, CDS, ED&A, etc) at Nike to help accelerate and leverage data capabilities and insights as part of the company’s integrated data offense
* Build, manage, mentor, and inspire team(s); managing performance, goals and development potential
