* Create & maintain material & trim processes effectiveness through whole material lifecycle
* Drive and execute materials excellence with vendors from buy ready through production

* Ensure functional goals and processes continuously revolve to reflect internal and external best practices.
* Establish an independent view, effectively collaborate in decision-making and influence others in leading changes
* Keeps abreast of market trends, group goals, new technology, and process innovation throughout the materials and trims community.
* Utilizes internal and external partnerships that leverage resources and enhance business group effectiveness.
* Manage employees and set individual goals that link to departmental priorities. Coach staff, support development, makes hiring decisions, and drives performance management, recognition and rewards.
* Manage and ensure team delivers on-time results according to critical dates, product specifications, sustainability, performance, and profitability skills.
