THE ROLE

* Build Converse owned digital ecosystem through brand site and future Converse omni-channel strategy and execution
* Lead and drive day to day business operation for brand site and Wechat mini program to drive business result
* Work closely with cross functional team to enhance consumer experience from merchandising, UX, and CS perspective
* Devise and implement brand site and Wechat development strategies
* Work with global and upcoming brand site development and app strategy
