Overall - Provides leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff
Is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related units
Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities

Makes decisions guided by functional business plans that impact the support and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies
Brand Protection/Promo - Performs work in support of brand plans; integrates company mission into daily work and planning; leads or participates in key initiatives, programs or products with moderate to wide visibility
Responsible for actions and managing risks that have shared or moderate impact on own business and have limited short-term impact on company assets
Decisions and actions impacting company image require senior leadership oversight and/or are constrained by policies

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manages team and sets team and individual goals that align with department and function goals. Coaches staff creates opportunities for staff
development, makes hiring decisions, drives performance management, recognition and rewards. Develops team structure that facilitates and
maximizes individual and team performance.
Responsible for managing stores and District Managers in a multi- district geographic region
Develop strategy and vision for retail stores in region and organize resources to ensure customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, growth and
compliance with company procedures
Focus on oversight of districts, direction of coordinated merchandising and sales efforts
Manage, train, and develops District Managers
Develop growth strategy for Geographic Region within overall concept/retail strategy, translate overall strategy to team
Responsible for communication and delivery of rewards and recognition for District ManagersManage portfolio of stores and talent. Execute global strategies. Influence and develop regional business strategy. Provide regional insights and trends to inform regional/global strategies
