About the job
Roles and Responsibility
* Define NCX (Nike consumer experience) at NSP (Nike Store Parter) based on global NCX guidance, GC membership strategy, and local insights, focusing on,
* Membership service at NSP: work closely with Nike Direct membership team to develop a full membership service menu by different NSP door tiering
* O2O / Connected marketplace: Drive frictionless consumer experience along the consumer journey (discover, choose, try, buy, get and return) with full suite of connected services with Nike Digital
* Engine and anchor O2O (New retail pilot) based on Parnters’ pilot and roll-out plan
* Work with cross functions (membership team, MPO, Tech, Finance, Account, Marketing) peers to identify the resources and investment
* Develop the new process and work plan for each workstream
* Track and report project progress to the global and local leadership team
* Assist in key company strategy & budget planning gates (CSR, AOP, SPKO) to develop and reflect NSP NCX vision and progress
