About the job
Job Accountabilities:
* Develops yearly door plan, including new, reno and door closure according the development strategy from HQ and area account’s situation
* Develops seasonal & year category/retail format business plans for the account
* Achieve quarterly OTB target, following HQ’s assortment plan and optimizing purchase proportion and product structure
* Develops with COE top style list plans, creates alignment with account and leads the execution to Branch SAMs level
* Execute the sell-in process for the area account branch
* Tracks top style assortment effectiveness and rolls up learnings back to RP team and Merch team
* Prepares and leads business/category review meetings to prepare for new seasonal sell-in
* Prepares the seasonal future targets for charged accounts/branches by category/retail format.
* Reviews the seasonal branch orders and revise upwards with RP if needed. Ensure orders are rolled up by the account HQ by category
* Drive comp based on recommendations from the business planners
* Sets KPI’s by format, BU, branch and door cluster and leads this towards the account
* Leads and executes seasonal OTB plans with the account and territories
* Executes and optimizes the KAPM & Soundcheck process
* Works with RP teams on bringing the category vision and priorities to life with the account
* Own the in-season replenishment and refill process of key stores, work with the branch office to track and identify in-season fill in opportunities
* Ensure 100% adoption of the national agreed assortments for key store
* Track the achievement of various rebate programs
