Job Descriptions:

* Develop and plan IT strategy to enable the HKTW business strategy
* Engage with business leads & stakeholders to understand business priorities & strategies
* Define IT roadmap, project plans/ timeline, and consistently exploring latest technologies that bring benefits to the business
* Deploy and maintain IT best practices, global governance, solutions and IT security policies, standards and procedures
* Assure that the IT-landscape is aligned with the Global Infrastructure & Application architecture standards
* Manage external vendors/ service providers and review their service delivery performances regularly.
* Ensure the cost effectiveness & quality of deliverables and timeliness.
* Manage functional budget to achieve ROI
* Lead & Assist in projects if necessary
* Manage an internal IT team resources to support the HKTW business and operations efficiently
* Provide coaching & guidelines to develop & grow the IT team
