Lead Nike.com ecosystem Consumer Direct Science team to build a holistic view of Nike.com ecosystem through data and analytics of market place, 360 views of consumers, key KPIs, products, site experience and applying those insights to inform the development & growth of own platforms

* Lead a team to manage weekly trade read and react, monthly and quarterly business review, forecast, Budget, AOP, CSR cross Nike.com ecosystem by SNKR, WeChat and Nike APP
* Provide guidance and coaching to the team on analytics of key moments, campaign, seasonal hindsight to fine tune mechanisms through the key learnings and opportunities
* Deep dive analysis of Nike.com, SNKR, Wechat and Nike APP through 360 views of consumers from engagement, experience to commence to further fine tuning each platform positioning and offering
* Consumers tiers deep dive analysis for membership unlock by products offering, service, experience and content & editorial
* Deep dive cross platform journey analysis to maximize multiple platforms top value loyalty buyers
* Expert for GC Nike commercial and marketplace data and deeply understand how to enable analysis and scientists via the optimal data structure/platform
