KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accelerate Tmall flagship store business growth. Lead and influence cross functional teams to deliver the business target in daily operation, as well as providing platform inputs and insights for future development, maximize the business opportunities through new initiatives and new trails.
Pre-season
* Collaborating with digital brand, site merchandising, campaign, and platform team.
* Allocate the marketing and store resource based on product investment and brand focus.
* connecting with Nike related categories/ functions and tmall partner to prepare the plan.
In-season
* Weekly recap and analysis of top 60 investment product, hero items, launch, category performance, action results tracking.
* Weekly actions brief to the Platform/Performance MKT/ Site Merchandising/Allocation/UX/Ops team to optimize slow moving Styles and maximize opportunity on top sellers
* Share platform product insight and action proposal to DMM /DSM team on weekly basis.
* Drive all tmall In-season commercial campaign, co-work with UX, BP, ops, campaign to unleash sales potential.
* Lead and drive launch product performance, collaborate with merchant, launch team, marketing and ux.
* Keep exploring new business opportunities through new initiatives and new trails.
* Project influence and involvement, provide business POV.
Post-season
* Summarize learnings and action proposal for next season.
* Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders Merchandising for future season planning
* Recap performance of KEY RETAIL MOMENTS to provide insights for future planning
