As the Digital Analytics Manager for Nike Korea, you will be at the heart of the business and will inform and support stakeholders to make decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of our goals. Reporting to the Senior Director of Nike Direct Digital Commerce, day-to-day you will support Korea’s leadership to drive insights-fueled decisions. More than anyone you will understand the past and future performance of the business, discovering insights and driving action on risks and opportunities. You will be the analytics leader and will drive the goals and personal development of team members. You will be a permanent partner to most of the business-critical functions including Site Merchandisers, Media, Planning, Finance and Operations. In summary, you will be key to the success of the business and the driver of well-informed decisions to our leaders.
This position requires a high-energy, organized and motivated person with strong knowledge of Digital and Retail analytics. All coupled with high People management focus and excellent communication skills. The right individual will be on top of Online and B&M retail trends as well as the evolution of Analytical tools and techniques. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leading analysts and possesses a strong business acumen. You should know and understand Nike consumers in Seoul and a love of sports is a plus.
