About the job
As the Greater China Connected Product Program Director, you will lead a cross-functional Connected Product offense across Greater China, collaborating across the organization to drive alignment of the Connected Product strategy. The role is equal parts strategy, program management, and execution. A true cross-functional role, you will drive the end to end leadership of the geography's work while maintaining a vital role to the vision of the program globally.
Reporting directly into the geography, you will be responsible for influencing and aligning all resources from within Greater China. You will partner with Connected Product functional work stream leaders to drive geography alignment across Nike Direct, Retail Partners, Supply Chain, Marketplace Development, Brand Protection, Technology, Finance and Senior Leadership. You will also be a critical member of the Connected Product extended global team, bringing the voice of Greater China to key decisions for the program.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the Connected Product program team to develop and drive the Connected Product strategy across the Greater China
* Establish and lead the Connected Product cross-functional operating and governance model for Greater China, including regular team meetings
* Lead key cross-functional workstreams in support of Connected Product strategies, in partnership with the Global Core team
* Develop and prioritize the Connected Product capability roadmap for cross-functional workstreams
* Align Greater China investment requirements to activate Connected Product strategy
* Lead Greater China through the Connected Product journey by clearly communicating program updates, priorities, and roadmap to appropriate leaders and impacted teams across the geography
* Communicate the Connected Product strategy and activation plans, through both oral and executive-level presentations
